Our Vow to Community Betterment

Good Evening Everyone!
Welcome back, or welcome for the first time! I cannot even tell you how happy I am that you join us here each and every day.

What a day, What a day! Our youngest LO isn’t feeling in tip top shape today, and I find that when you don’t feel in tip top shape during the summer months it’s worst than when you don’t feel in tip top shape during the winter.

Well let us get into it shall we!
If you haven’t found us on Facebook yet, WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?
Half Acre Homestead

This evening we shared with you our video of us actually baking the Zucchini Brownies for you.  If there is one thing that I love about these videos its getting the little fun facts like that the tree coco beans come from of the Theobrama Cacao actually translates from Latin to Food of the Gods! And as I mentioned earlier I think we can all agree that CHOCOLATE IS JUST THAT!

Oh so yummy and fudgy! Zucchini Brownies are the perfect sneaky treat for even the pickiest of eaters, and better yet these are VEGAN too!

Tonight we also mentioned that we are taking a vow today, as members of the Plymouth Community, Christians, and just generally good people.  For the next three weeks we will be taking our excess vegetables and we will be bringing them around to local homeless and less fortunate in our community.  EVERYONE deserves the right to have fresh, organically grown produce, regardless of them having a wallet full of money to buy it at the grocery store.

This is not just about shares, likes, or the gaining of popularity in our communities on Social Networks, BUT about teaching our children the value of helping those who are less fortunate.  We may not always have the best of things, but we do have a lot to be very thankful for.

We’re not going to be rolling film on that, we won’t be taking photos, we will simply be reaching out to those in our community who’ve fallen on hard times, with open arms and hearts, and handfuls of FRESH vegetables.

It is my most sincere hope that you have a wonderful day, and reach out and help some one!

As always have a BLESSED NIGHT
